6. Cancellation Policy

Nobody likes a no-show. When appointments are forgotten or cancelled close to the scheduled time, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that slot and other clients miss out. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, appointment-booking through Boulevard is subject to the following terms:

Credit card information will be taken upon appointment request

24 hours or more before appointment: You may cancel or modify your appointment for FREE!

Less than 24 hours before appointment: If you do not show up for your appointment or fail to call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel, a $150 fee will be deducted from the card on file.

Emergency reschedules are limited to one per year, per patient, and are subject to availability.

Not showing up to your appointment without prior communication will result in a $150 fee.

Late arrivals without prior notice may incur a $150 cancellation fee and may not be accommodated for the scheduled service(s) during this visit

Appointments booked within 24 hours are still subject to the cancellation policy. As a courtesy, we send confirmation emails 24 hours and texts 22 hours before your appointment. If you do not confirm, your slot may be given to another client.

To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
