Mario Nova, PA-C, is a skilled physician assistant and founder of Bespoke Medesthetics in Jericho, New York. He has an unwavering passion for medical aesthetics and earned his physician assistant credential at York College, CUNY, in Jamaica, Queens, New York City. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in health care and entrepreneurship from Adelphi University’s Robert B. Willumstad School of Business in Long Island, New York. He spent many years working in emergency medicine, pain management, anesthesia, and intensive care, where he gained invaluable expertise. Mario co-founded Bespoke Medesthetics to deliver the most advanced, effective, up-to-date treatments to patients, exceeding their aesthetic goals and helping them look years younger without invasive or harsh treatments. He specializes in dermal fillers, Botox®, and facial contouring. Michelle is a Registered Nurse with over a decade of clinical experience and a graduate of Molloy University.

Currently pursuing her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she combines advanced medical training with a strong passion for aesthetics and wellness.

Her background in nursing informs a precise, safety-focused approach to cosmetic treatments.

Michelle specializes in Botox, laser therapies, and advanced skincare solutions—always tailoring treatments to each client’s unique goals.
